Kundalini Yoga Classes are held in Berkeley, CA on
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings

There is a 45 minute introduction that persons attending for the first time need to take. It is offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and begins at 6:00 pm.

Retreats

Retreats are ideal environments for deepening our practice and commitment to spiritual growth. With guidance and instruction from a teacher with 30 years of experience and through meditation, kundalini transmission classes, lecture on comparative practices, and Q & A you will begin to find your own inner connection to that Sacred Space that is your own spiritual essence.
