Kundalini Yoga Classes are held in Berkeley, CA on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm

There is a 45 minute introduction that persons attending for the first time need to take. It is offered on Tuesday and Thursday and begins at 6:00 pm.
